As with the other years, the fund raising event drew a very large crowd. The Asian Pacific Health Center shares a common area with all the grantees under the Komen Pavilion. Parking was a challenge for all, and in our case, we came in four cars beating the traffic in different directions, and trying to park at very distant sites.

The nice thing was that the Komen Pavilion was at a prime location near the street, so we got a lot of visitors, and all the promotional items were gone.

Joining in the walk were: Anh Phuong, Anh Nguyen, Lani Chau (team captain), Mimi Nguyen, David Vuong, Dr Ton and Binh Tran from the APHC. Anh Linh and her father were returning volunteers.

We thank all the participants for their time and efforts in promoting the cause of Breast Cancer Early Detection year after year.
