NEW STAFF MEMBERS AT THE APHC

The Asian Pacific Health Center has two new part-time staff members:

David Vuong, UC Davis Biochemistry and Molecular Biology graduate, just started his Master's in Public Health at San Diego State University this semester. At the APHC, David works on the database of Hepatitis B patients, adding new findings to the results obtained in the earlier Hepatitis B Prevention Project.

Mimi Nguyen, UCSD Biology graduate, is a MadScience San Diego instructor, and a volunteer at Alvarado Hospital. Mimi does front office work and helps with patient care. Her Spanish and Chinese (Cantonese) languages are very helpful in this regard.

We welcome David and Mimi to the APHC.
